Our newest Leo club members were hosted to a dinner to meet DG Jill with their sponsor club, Lions Club of Melbourne Host at the Amora Hotel last night.

The Leo's, although not Chartering until December, are already well in the black with their fundraising and a pizza night in Lygon Street should see them add close to another $1000 to their growing account.

Their work with St Vincent's soup kitchen, preparing and delivering food to under-priveleged people, is to be commended.

Melbourne Host Lions are also busy, organising another facility to complement Vizard House, which is an inner suburban "home away from home" for family and friends visiting patients at city or inner suburban Melbourne hospitals.
